Red, Green (Curly), Lacinato (Dinosaur), Frilly, and Baby Kale. We grow it in many shapes and sizes, and it is another one of our superfoods. Kale is vitamin and nutrient-rich, and full of antioxidants. Enjoy it any which way: as a raw salad, in smoothies, in soups, sautéed.. as a substitute for practically any green.
Store in the coldest part of the fridge in an airtight container or bag for up to 2 weeks. Cut the ends of the stems off and treat like flower to revive its crunch.
