Description:

 

Red, Yellow and white, and ranging as much in flavor as in color: reds are particularly good raw; yellows will add a rich, sweet flavor to anything when cooked; white are the most intense and highly recommended for cooking.


Storage: 

 

Store in a cool, dark place. Use within 4 weeks (can last longer depending on the curing period).  Refrigerate cut onions in a sealed container or bag for use within a few days.
