We grow both fresh-eating and storage varieties of radishes. Our fresh varieties cover sweet, mild and spicy, with flavors that can vary with the seasons; spring and fall yield sweet to mild flavors whereas late spring and summer bring out the heat. Storage varieties tend to be mild and sweet, also depending on the season. Either type can be eaten raw, roasted or poached, and have edible tops.



Remove tops and store separately in the coldest part of the fridge in a sealed container. Fresh varieties will keep up to 3 weeks while storage varieties can last up to 6 months.
