Baby Greens

Description:

 

Arugula: A mildly spicy leafy green that is sweeter and more tender in cooler months. Can be eaten raw or cooked.

Spinach: Raw or cooked, spinach packs both bitter and sweet flavors. Our favorite fall and winter green, its taste can become almost candy-like in winter. High in vitamins A and C, fiber, folate, iron and lots of other good stuff.

Baby Kale: Milder taste and softer leaves that its adult counterpart.

Lettuce Mix: A mild and sweet marriage of crisp Salanova baby lettuces.

Brassica Mix: A complex, somewhat spicy combination of mizuna, mustard, and baby kale that can also be cooked.


Storage: 

 

Re-rinse and spin extra dry. Store in a sealed container in the coldest part of the fridge for up to 10 days.
