Our salad turnips are mild and sweet. They can be eaten raw or treated the same as a traditional purple top turnip. Purple tops deliver a more potent flavor. Roasting moderates their intensity and brings out a milder earthiness. Tops of both varieties are edible and very nutritious.



Remove tops and store separately. Store in a sealed container in the coldest part of the fridge.
